Our Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

I wanted to assure our customers that we are taking prudent steps to help protect the health of our customers and employees during this time of uncertainty in our community, state and nation regarding the effects of the coronavirus.

At this point, we have implemented the following initiatives:

• Informed all employees of what measures to do to stay healthy and to stay home from work if they start to have any flu like symptoms.

• Increased the cleaning and sanitizing of our facility areas where employees have to congregate.

• Having our drivers clean and disinfect the cab of their trucks daily.

• Closing our office to walk-in traffic temporarily

**For customers needing to make a payment, you can use one of the following options:

• Online – use our online payment portal at www.heyapex.com

• Phone – call us at 541-607-2042 to make a payment over the phone – there will be no processing charges while our office is closed

• Mail – you can mail us a check or money order – P.O. Box 40097, Eugene, OR  97404

During this uncertain time, we will continue to be vigilant regarding any additional measures that we need to take and hope that these current actions will help us to continue to provide the excellent, dependable service that all our customers are used to.
