CREDIT CARD POLICY

ACCEPTANCE – Credit cards are accepted for the following items:

  • Payment of account balances over $10.00 for residential or commercial accounts

  • Advance payment of residential or commercial service

  • Payment of drop box charges

REFUNDS – Refunds for advance tipping fees on drop boxes weighing less than the base rate amount will be completed within 30 days of the date of the box removal. Placement and haul fees will not be refunded. Refunds for unused commercial or residential services will be completed within 30 to 60 days of the service termination. Refunds will not be given for services which have already been performed.

CANCELLATIONS – No fees will be charged for drop boxes canceled at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled placement. All drop boxes canceled at the time of placement will be charged a fee of $55.00.
