I’m moving–how can I cancel or transfer my service?

Moving is stressful, so let our customer service crew make this bit easy. Let us know when you’re moving; we’ll make sure the Apex truck is along for the ride when you settle into your new digs.

Please note that you’re responsible for service until you notify our office, so don’t forget to call or email us! A charge will be assessed for all carts & bins not returned from the service address after the final stop date—so just like a hotel robe, you’ll want to leave them behind.
