Yes — we want to keep things fair and transparent, so here's how it works. Bills are due by the 10th of each month. If a balance goes unpaid for 30 days or more, a finance charge of 0.75% per month (APR 9%) is applied, with a $1.00 minimum charge. If service is stopped due to non-payment, a $35 reinstatement fee will be applied, and service won't resume until all outstanding charges and fees are paid in full. A $70 repossession fee is also charged on accounts closed due to non-payment when our trucks need to remove containers.
