Severe Weather Collection Thursday, Jan 18th

We are currently working today to complete our Thursday and Wednesday routes in the Danebo, River Rd & Coburg Rd areas. We are also picking up the lower, flat areas south of W. 18th St in the South Eugene routes. We appreciate your patience as we work to keep our community and drivers as safe as possible.

We will be monitoring road conditions in the South Eugene hills but will NOT be operating residential collection routes until the roads are clear and conditions are safe enough to conduct operations.

We ask for your patience and for you to do the following:

If you are a Monday pickup, we will not be able to service you this week. We will take extra bags next week equal in size to your current garbage can at no additional charge.

IF YOU ARE A TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY PICKUP:

·         Place your carts out for collection on your normal pickup day.

·         If your carts do not get emptied on your normal day, leave them at the curb for pickup the following day.

·         We will do our best to service your areas if possible.

·         If we do not get your trash serviced this week, we will take extra bags next week equal in size to your current garbage can at no additional charge.

Unfortunately, the recycling plant is closed due to a power outage. As such, we will not be able to collect recycling for our Tuesday or Wednesday customers. We can always take extra recycling that is broken down and placed next to your cart for next week’s pickup for no additional charge.

IF YOU ARE A THURSDAY OR FRIDAY PICKUP:

·         Place your carts out for collection on your normal pickup day.

We will NOT be collecting yard debris this week, so that all of our trucks can focus on collecting trash and recycling. Your yard debris will be picked up on your next regularly scheduled day.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

**We will continue to update the website as we are able, so please check back.
