We are changing our online billing and payment provider effective May 1st. As such all customers will need to register again if you currently have automated payment setup by visiting our website at www.HeyApex.com. After selecting “Bill Pay”, all you will need is the customer account number from your bill to register.
As part of this change, we will also offer an automated pay by phone option at (866) 723-8105 and a Pay by Text option once you register on the new payment processing web portal. Please visit our website for more details.
IMPORTANT: We’re asking New OR Existing Auto-Pay customers (who haven’t already done so) to register online following the instructions listed above AND:
(1) Select “Pay Now” once signed in;
(2) Then select the checkbox next to “Auto-Pay Set-up”.
These two steps above are required because Auto-Pay will be in a pending status (with no payment made) until your next bill IF you only select “Manage Auto-Pay”.
