This year, we’ll be collecting natural Christmas trees for recycling January 12–16 only. To participate, simply schedule your pickup in advance and place your tree at the curb on your assigned day.
Dates: January 12–16, 2026
Cost: $16.50 per tree
Prep your tree: Please remove all stands, ornaments, lights, tinsel, hooks, and other nonorganic materials.
Not accepted: Flocked or artificial trees
How to schedule: Call or email our office before January 12 to reserve your pickup.
Once collected, your tree will be recycled—returning it to the earth as composted material instead of sending it to the landfill.
Pine needles shed during the season. Those can go straight into your yard debris cart. They’re compostable, as long as you don’t accidentally include any non-compostable decorations or sweep-ins.
